By accessing or using the License Manager service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

The License Manager provides software license management services, including but not limited to license generation, validation, tracking, and reporting.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. License Usage

Licenses generated through our service are subject to the agreed-upon terms at the time of creation. Unauthorized distribution or use of licenses is prohibited.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for the service is based on the pricing tier selected. We offer 10 free licenses with our service. Additional licenses may incur fees as specified in the pricing section.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LicenFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

In no event shall LicenFlow's total liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the total amount you have paid to LicenFlow for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the LicenFlow service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are owned by LicenFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

11. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, LicenFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
